By creating an account or using Bondable ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Bondable. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Bondable. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

Bondable is designed for individuals with physical disabilities and/or chronic illness who are seeking non-sexual romantic connections. By registering, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement or are seeking to connect with members of this community in a respectful and genuine manner.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person or use the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Bondable is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You may not transfer your account to any other person or entity.

Bondable is a safe, inclusive community. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information on your profile.

• Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other members.

• Send unsolicited sexual content or engage in sexually explicit communication.

• Discriminate against or demean members based on disability, chronic illness, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, advertising, or spam.

• Attempt to access, scrape, or collect data from the Service through automated means.

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Bondable, including profile information, photos, and messages. By submitting content, you grant Bondable a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any content you post, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

Bondable reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without notice.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including sensitive health-related information you may choose to share through the Dateability Deets feature.

Disability and chronic illness information you share on your profile is voluntary. You control what you disclose and to whom. Bondable will never sell, share, or use your health information for purposes other than operating the Service without your explicit consent.

By using the Dateability Deets feature, you acknowledge that the information you share will be visible to other members of the platform as you configure it.

Bondable offers a free tier with unlimited browsing, likes, and messaging. Premium features (Bondable+) are available through paid subscriptions processed via GoDaddy Payments.

All subscription fees are charged in advance on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis depending on the plan selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled in accordance with GoDaddy Payments policies. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

In-app purchases (Super Likes, Profile Boosts, virtual gifts) are non-refundable once consumed.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated with reasonable notice before taking effect.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon deletion, your profile and personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Bondable reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BONDABLE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

BONDABLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BONDABLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Bondable does not conduct criminal background checks on members. We strongly encourage all users to exercise caution when meeting matches in person and to follow our safety guidelines.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
